• For tourists travelling by car, we have an agreement with a car-parking very close to the residence.
  For the ones who travel by plane Piccolo Apart-hotel organizes on-booking transfers from mayor Italian aiports (Rome, Milan, Pisa) to Florence, directly to Piccolo. Van transfers (Mercedes) from one to 15 passengers.
• Small pets are welcome.
• In the basement Piccolo Apart-hotel makes available an apartment accessible to the disabled persons and to tourists with special needs, for a vacation in Florence with no barriers.

• Number of Apartments: Eight, 4 in Classical style, 4 in Modern style
• Apartment Equipment: Kitchen, LCD TV set (Satellite TV), phone, ADSL Internet LAN connection, safe case, air conditioning, bathtube, (one room only shower-provided) toilet with bidet, hair-dryer, closet.
• Kitchen equipment: pots, refrigerator (in mini bar), micro-oven, electric boiler, coffee maker, tableware.
• On Rent: Italian plugs , modular cables for computer, rice boiler.

Method of payment (long stay)

Method of payment: Cash (Euro, US Dollars, Yen), credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank or postal transfer, traveller's check. One non refoundable day payment is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due upon check-in. Visa/MasterCard and American Express Cards are all accepted.

Residence insurance:  Upon check-in, 250 Euro must be deposited for insurance and this will be returned at the end of your stay if nothing has been broken or improperly removed from the residence.

Booking Cancellation: It is prayed to notify the cancellation by e-mail, fax or telephone. Cancellation before 1 month, is Free.
20 days before, 30% of the entire bill, 10 days before 50%. Less than 10 days, the entire bill.
